Purchase Options
ORO FIRST is available in the following configurations:
- 1 box (10 strips) -- standard single purchase
- Bundle packs of up to 5 boxes -- available at a discount of approximately 15%
All purchases are one-time transactions unless otherwise indicated. Prices are in MYR for Malaysian orders and SGD for Singapore orders. Bundle savings are reflected at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is verified, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing hello@oromelts.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
After dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or redirect it. If you no longer want the order, please wait for delivery and refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods as listed at the time of purchase. Your card is charged at the point of order confirmation.
We do not store your full card details. Payment data is handled by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Shipping
We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. ORO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
